Certosa Salumi produces traditional Italian salami and cold cuts, such as Salame Felino IGP. We slice and pack Prosciutto di Parma DOP and Mortadella Bologna IGP.
We manufacture whole cured meats, which are then sliced and packaged for third parties and GDO private labels. Our production facility sits in Parma, at the heart of Italian Food Valley.
We follow Italy’s best tradition to produce sliced meats with the most advanced technologies.
We are committed to exporting our products: we chose to employ the HPP Technology to increase food safety and products’ shelf-life.

Sliced cold cuts manufacturing
Thanks to the high production capacity of our 4 slicing lines, Certosa Salumi can slice and pack products from 50 to 500 gr in thermoformed or preformed platters. The graphic that appears on the pack can be highly personalised.

Certosa Salumi produces and slices a wide range of products for retail and large-scale distribution, including semi-finished products tailored to the customer’s needs.
The high production capacity, guaranteed by the four recently expanded slicing lines, allows us to respond to high volumes of requests, slicing and packaging cold cuts in thermoformed or preformed trays with weights ranging from 50 g up to 500 g.
We also offer our retail customers the chance to graphically customize the trays to even the smallest detail.
